What this covers
This notice explains what information Growth Stack, LLC may collect through this website, why we use it, who processes it, and the choices you have. It covers voluntary inquiries, scheduling, and optional analytics tools. It does not cover practices we have not yet implemented — those are listed as review items below.
Information you share with us
When you voluntarily contact us or book a call, you may share:
- Scheduling details — name, email, and any notes you provide through Calendly when booking a Revenue Systems Diagnostic. Calendly processes this information under its own Privacy Notice.
- Email inquiries — messages you send to sebas@offeros.io, including whatever business context you choose to include.
- Form submissions — [REVIEW] If external forms are added in the future, the specific fields and provider will be documented here.
Optional analytics and tracking
We may use the following optional tools to understand site usage and attribute inquiries. None of these load unless you allow them through the cookie consent prompt. You can change your choice anytime — see the link at the bottom of any page.
Google Analytics 4 (analytics)
Purpose: Understand which pages and content visitors find useful, and measure high-level interaction patterns. We track route views, button clicks (labels only), and a confirmed scheduling event — never names, emails, phone numbers, form text, or raw URL queries.
Provider: Google LLC. No ad personalization or Google Signals. [REVIEW: GA4 Measurement ID pending account setup — not active yet.]
Microsoft Clarity (session recordings)
Purpose: Heatmaps and anonymous recordings showing how visitors navigate the site, so we can improve usability. Recordings are excluded on the booking page and all demo pages. All form fields and inputs are masked — no identifying text is captured. Strict masking is enabled in the Clarity dashboard.
Provider: Microsoft Corporation. Configured and active when you allow the "Session recordings" category.
CRM activity attribution
Purpose: Connect form submissions and scheduling activity to our CRM so we can follow up with you about your inquiry. This tool is authorized by the site owner.
Loads only with your consent. Activated when you accept the "Inquiry attribution" category.
Technical usage data
Like most websites, our hosting environment may automatically log basic technical data — IP address, browser type, request time, and referring URL — for security and site operation. This is processed by the hosting provider and is not controlled by the optional analytics tools above.
Your choices
- Accept or reject optional tracking — Use the consent prompt or the link in the footer to choose which categories to allow.
- Withdraw consent — Change your settings anytime. Withdrawal prevents future tracking and loading. Data already collected by a third-party provider before withdrawal is subject to that provider's retention policy — we cannot recall it from the browser.
- Browser controls — You can also block or delete cookies through your browser settings. This may affect site functionality.
Retention
We keep inquiry and scheduling information for as long as needed to respond to your request and for a reasonable period afterward in case you follow up. Analytics data retention depends on the provider's configured settings. [REVIEW: Specific retention periods should be confirmed by the site owner before launch.]
