    Andrew Tate Champions Program

    SALES OPERATIONS / PIPELINE RECOVERY

The next sales conversations were already in the database.

We built a reactivation and qualification system in under 48 hours. The campaign produced 275 booked appointments without new paid ads.

Sebastien’s contribution: We designed the qualification logic, reactivation campaign, post-booking cancellation flow, tagging, and routing.

    The constraint

    Thin calendars.
    No new paid traffic.

The Champions Program’s sales pipeline had stalled. New paid advertising was unavailable, and too many existing appointments came from cold outreach or weak-fit prospects.

The contact list was the available source of demand. Sending everyone straight to a closer, though, would simply create a different problem.

    The available opportunity

    14,397

    Existing contacts targeted.

A reactivation campaign could reconnect with prior interest while qualification protected the sales team’s time.

Contacts targeted, not delivered emails or successfully reactivated prospects.

    The strategy

    Recover the interest.
    Protect the calendar.

The system needed to do two jobs at once: give dormant prospects a relevant next step and keep unsuitable appointments from consuming closer time.

    Create conversations

Re-engage the existing audience without buying new traffic.

    Keep fit in the process

Screen region, readiness, and commitment, then route the right prospects to sales.

    The recovery system

    Qualification was part
    of the recovery.

    already within reach.

Reactivation emails gave the existing list a path back into the offer. The campaign reports 9,023 delivered emails, a 41.26% open rate, and a 3.5% click-through rate.

02 / Keep the calendar useful

    A booking was not
    the final quality check.

Qualification happened before booking, with a post-booking cancellation flow for unsuitable appointments that passed the first screen. Tags and routing moved prospects to the appropriate closer or follow-up.

The campaign records 138 automatically removed appointments. Their relationship to the 275 booking total is not verified, so we do not subtract one from the other.

    The team felt the difference.

The team described better sales conversations alongside the appointment figures.

A new use for existing demand

The project connected dormant-list outreach, qualification, booking review, and sales routing. The recovery was not simply more appointments—it was a process designed to make those conversations more useful to the team.
