The missed opportunity
They signed up.
Too few showed up.
The previous photography webinar had 165 registrations, but only 56 people attended live. Another 27 watched the replay.
More registrations alone would not solve the problem. The event needed to stay visible between the moment someone signed up and the moment it began.

Registration is a beginning, not an outcome
The project separated registration from attendance as two different problems. The reminder and replay paths can be reused in future webinar campaigns.
What is it like to work with us?
Getting registrations but losing people before showtime?
We can help tighten the path from registration through reminders, follow-up, and attendance.
