Photographers University · Digital education offer

The expertise didn't need to stay in the room.

Sebastien’s contribution: Sebastien led product architecture, curriculum system design, content repurposing, funnel and sales assets, onboarding, and delivery automation.

    The missing step

    A big jump between
    learning and going all in.

The existing offer moved from $500 digital products to $10K+ in-person workshops. There was room for a more guided experience between them—without requiring the same location-bound commitment.

The first cohort needed more than a sales page. The offer, curriculum, enrollment, and delivery all had to work as one experience.

    The offer

    Build the bridge.
    Keep the depth.

A four-week digital accelerator made the expertise available in a more structured format. Existing masterclasses became shorter modules, supported by tools, replays, and a connected learning portal.

    The six-week build

    From what to teach
    to how it gets delivered.

Six connected workstreams brought the offer to launch. These are parts of the build, not a claim that each took exactly one week.

    A new way to deliver
    what was already valuable.

The build created a middle offer with its own curriculum, sales path, onboarding, and delivery. It gave the business a digital format to learn from and develop beyond its in-person workshops.
