    RevShift

    REVENUE SYSTEMS / RECRUITING

Two sides of a business. One system ready to deploy.

We turned RevShift’s early placement model into connected client and recruiting journeys—in approximately five working days. Built and packaged; activation remained a separate step.

Sebastien’s contribution: We clarified the operating model, developed both acquisition strategies, reworked the offer, and built the CRM, workflows, messaging, and handoff package. Core build: approximately five working days.

    Early traction

    The idea had traction.
    The process was still manual.

RevShift connects offer owners with sales professionals. The founder had already made placements, but sourcing, qualification, follow-up, and client handling still relied heavily on manual work.

Adding volume meant coordinating both sides at once: the businesses looking for talent and the people ready to sell.

    The decision

    Build both journeys together.

One path brings in the right clients. The other finds and screens sales talent. Both need clear stages, ownership, and follow-up—not separate pockets of manual work.

    Inside the build

    From operating model
    to a working package.

01 / Define how the business works

    Make the next step clear.

We clarified the offer, the two audiences, qualification, stages, and ownership. That operating model shaped the acquisition strategy before we built the automation.

    Two pipelines. Ten stages each.

Client sales on one side. Recruiting on the other. Each journey has its own progression.

    02 / Connect the follow-through

    Less reliance on remembering.

Funnels, forms, fields, tags, and messaging connected the journeys. Workflows were organized around the events that move the business forward, with internal alerts supporting the team.

    03 / Package a clean handoff

    Ready to import.
    Ready to reconnect.

We QA’d the build, removed legacy clutter, and selected the assets for a clean deployment package. Import, account connections, and activation remained the next stage.

    The delivery

    ~5 days

    From strategy
    to packaged system.

The core build moved from audit and operating model through CRM structure, workflows, messaging, QA, and packaging in approximately five working days.

    Build complete. Activation pending.

Documented build chronology and inventory. These are delivery milestones—not live funnel results, placements, or revenue generated by the system.

    Result and impact

The idea became a system ready to deploy.

Both acquisition paths, the CRM structure, workflows, messaging, internal alerts, and handoff assets were packaged for controlled activation.

No future performance is claimed here—activation remained a separate step, with no live funnel results, placements, or revenue attributed to the system.

    EARLY TRACTION. MANUAL SYSTEM?

Build the operation before adding more demand.

We can help turn the offer, acquisition paths, CRM, workflows, and handoff into one system your team can deploy.
