01 / The bottleneck
Build trust before asking for a bigger commitment.
Jamil Frazier founded Think Life Is Different to help people develop greater personal accountability, financial clarity, and a different way of thinking about their future.
The campaign needed to address low webinar attendance and difficulty converting cold traffic directly into a paid three-day challenge. More leads alone would not resolve the gap between initial interest and a paid commitment.
We introduced a free One Day to Wealth webinar as the first step: give people value, then connect that experience to the challenge and the Inner Circle coaching offer.
02 / The offer journey
Four connected steps.
One clear path forward.
The webinar was not the whole offer. It was the bridge into a paid experience, followed by a conversation about longer-term coaching.

Build the experience
Connected opt-in and thank-you pages, webinar and VSL scripting, ad copy, and landing-page messaging.
Connect the follow-through
Built calendar reminders, SMS and email sequences, appointment booking, and high-ticket follow-up.
03 / The turning point
The event was tomorrow.
The next audience was already there.
Paid media had generated 114 registrations on $1,093 in spend. With less than 24 hours remaining and a new target of 200+ registrants, there was little time to scale ads.
We segmented approximately 2,000 warm contacts in GoHighLevel: past buyers, Skool members, and interested leads. Then we built and tested a conversational invitation within hours.
A YES reply triggered registration, tagging, and reminders—without sending the person to another form. The client reported 80+ additional registrations in under an hour, with no increase in ad spend.

05 / What continued
Built for the next webinar,
not just the next evening.
The engagement continued beyond the launch. The client described four months of subsequent webinar campaigns, ongoing challenge and coaching conversions, and a further four-month partnership renewal.
Those later campaigns are separate from the March 14–20 results above. Their significance is continuity: the offer journey, copy, reminders, CRM logic, and booking process formed a system the team could keep refining and using.
The SMS response was the turning point. The connected acquisition and sales system was the lasting work.

“@Sebastien is the man. About a day or two out from the event he dropped a text message that had people registering left and right. Incredible.”
